A Little About Me

Beth Photo 3C_edited.jpg

I am a Certified Professional Coach and a Certified Disaster Recovery Coach. I am an ordained minister and have a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Master of Arts Degree in Religious Education. I have been in private practice as a Professional Counselor and have been on church staff as Minister of Youth.

My life’s work and my own personal pursuits have been focused on helping people overcome things that have been barriers to them while helping them better themselves and improve their lives. My philosophy has been that people possess strengths and are unique, all of which are tools to bring growth and achievement to their lives. Weaknesses can be overcome, and new ways of thinking and new approaches to situations can be taught.

My desire is that through professional coaching, you, the client, use your strengths and uniqueness as you honestly consider how to overcome any weaknesses so that you can obtain what has seemed to illude you previously. Through personal introspection, discussion, and determination of desired goals, I will formulate a plan with you to meet your goals. For me, the end result is an individual who shows compassion, is honest and fair, is disciplined in setting and meeting their goals, makes good decisions, respects others and themselves, and has developed courage to not conform to the pressures of society, but is authentically true to their values and beliefs.

Coaching is not a source of all solutions, but it is a means through which you can safely and honestly explore your current situation, the options and solutions available to you, and ways to effectively bring about change and growth within yourself, in your relationships, during life transitions, and in your interactions with God. I hope you seize the opportunity. Authentic people, authentic, relationships, authentic life.
